In 2004, the film The Piano Tuner of Earthquakes, directed by the Quay Brothers and produced by Terry Gilliam, was realized at a sound stage in Leipzig, Germany. The project spanned over three years and included responsibilities in art direction, stage design, props, and special effects design. Highlights of the production included complex set pieces such as a flood scene, earthquake effects, and a specially constructed “flexible” forest, contributing to the film’s surreal visual atmosphere.
