At the 2011 General Top Management Conference of the Volkswagen Group, which brought together leaders from all brands and divisions, a comprehensive digital infrastructure was developed to ensure seamless organization and execution. The project included the IT concept, design, and programming, along with on-site support. A key feature was a ticketing system managing various test drives across 600 vehicles. To facilitate real-time coordination and interactive participation, 400 iPads were deployed on location, creating a smooth and efficient digital experience for all attendees.
