In 2011 and 2012, the Volkswagen Group held its Top Management Conferences in Chattanooga (USA) and Wolfsburg (Germany), bringing together executives from all group brands, including Audi, Bentley, Porsche, Lamborghini, Volkswagen, and Škoda. Responsibilities included event concept and design, full project and guest management, hotel logistics, catering, and show production. In Chattanooga, a 10,000 sqm temporary venue was designed and constructed, while in Wolfsburg, a custom multimedia stage and interior environment were created. Both events featured dynamic product presentations, breakout rooms, press events, and large-scale test drive setups with over 600 vehicles.
